The view from the balcony is spectacular, the most beautiful view in all of Puerto Rico! From our balcony you can see the El Conquistador Resort & Casino, Palomino, Palominito, Culebra and Vieques islands, Icacos, and on a clear day you can see St. Thomas.

Other amenities include air conditioning in both bedrooms, flat screen TV with cable, telephone, laundry room in building, large 110' x 76' private pool, basketball courts, tennis courts, and swings for the kids.
 

Our condo is equipped with brand new appliances (dishwasher, microwave, stove, 2 refrigerators, coffee maker, toaster), air conditioning in both bedrooms, flat screen TV with cable, DVD player and phone service.

Complex has laundry room in building, large 110' x 76' private pool, basketball courts, tennis courts, swings for the kids, and access to a small private beach.
 

Fajardo is a major boating center. We are located right next to Villa Marina, where a wide range of sailboat and catamaran charters are available. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, scuba diving, sailing, golf, tennis, casinos, horseback riding, and tours of El Yunque, the only tropical rain forest protected by the U.S. National Forest Service. We are only minutes from beautiful Seven Seas and Luquillo beaches.

We are also located near the El Conquistador Resort & Casino, Fajardo Inn, Paradisis Resort, and the Westin Rio Mar Hotel.
